Own items, inventory, order management and reporting for SMB merchants. Lead the Google Offers pilot, which lets merchants publish offers on Google and see attribution from search to a verified in-store purchase.
Tango
Synthesized 5,000+ data points from Gong, FullStory, Qualtrics and support logs with AI. The insights and Lovable prototypes guided roadmap during the Blackhawk acquisition.
Social Native
Built Creator Discovery from 0 to 1, a searchable marketplace of 200,000+ creators. Lifted creator onboarding 15% in 3 months and removed 40+ hours of manual ops work a month.
Neptune Retail Solutions (formerly Quotient)
Launched the industry’s first frictionless digital rebate with SMS and OCR receipt scanning, doubling redemption from 8% to 16% across millions of transactions. A/B tests added 30,000+ monthly transactions.
Neptune Retail Solutions (formerly Quotient)
Built Retailer iQ microsites, which drove 62% of all conversions on the platform. Piloted digital weekly ads across 2,200 stores in 34 states and reached an average NPS of 80.
Spiraledge
Moved email for 2.8M subscribers to Listrak with personalized recommendations. Built a Customer Service Scorecard that cut supervisor workload 20%.
